Citadel of Sabat
There are more than twenty million mortals in the city. It has been the bastion of the Sword of Cain of Mexico City since the dawn of the New World. Until modern times, nothing has changed here, but today it is infected with the overpopulation of vampires and has fallen apart from internal conflicts. While the fort still seems impregnable from the outside, much depends on how strong the true power of the Sabbath is.
