Kitiara, the dreaded Dark Lady’s plan, takes three Solamnia knights looking for a dragon ball into the Ice Bay, and her rival Laurana faces her doom when she joins the knights on their perilous mission with Sturm, Kova and Tasslehoff.

However, the biggest test is waiting for Kitiara. He vows to spend a night in Krynn's most dreaded place, Fort Dargaard. He who puts his foot in that terrible castle never returns. However, Kitiara will have to face Soth or her Queen will destroy her.
